Sprouted Dal Chow Mein

Ingredients

  1. Sprouted moong dal 1 Cup

  2. Peanuts 1 Tbsp

  3. Rice 1 Tbsp

  4. Cabbage(sliced) 1/2 Cup

  5. Capsicum 1/4 Cup

  6. Bell Pepper 1/2 Cup

  7. Other vegetables of your choice

  8. Salt and black pepper - As per taste

  9. Onion(finely chopped) 1

  10. Lemon 1

  11. Garlic 2-3 cloves

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Fry peanuts for 1 to 2 min in oil and keep aside.

  3. Fry dry rice in the same oil for 1-2 min and keep aside.

  4. Fry chopped garlic for 1 min and then add chopped onion and saute

  5. Add sprouted dal and cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 min.

  6. Now add sliced vegetables ,salt and cook for 4 5 minutes on slow flame.

  7. Add fried peanuts and rice .

  8. Cook for 5 more minutes.

  9. Add black pepper and lemon juice as per taste.

  10. You can add tomato ketchup before serving
