Kulfi (No cream or milk powder)

Ingredients
Milk (full cream)-1/2 kg
Desi ghee-1 tsp
Wheat flour-1 Tbsp
Sugar-1/2 cup
Fruit or flavors-As desired
Method
Add 1 teaspoon ghee to a pan and switch on the flame.
Add 1 TB spoon of wheat flour and roast on slow flame.
Roast till light pink in colour and add milk to this mixture.
Switch off the flame and stir well the mixture.
Sieve this mixture to make sure that there are no lumps of flour.
Switch on the flame and cook the mixture stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
Add half the sugar in this mixture and caramelize the other half.
Add caramelized sugar also in this mixture and cook till everything mixes well.
Let the mixture cool at room temperature and give a nice whisk in the mixing jar
Keep in the freezer for 1-2 hours and now you can mix any flavours or fruit mixture of your choice in the mixture. and whisk again in the mixing jar.
Pour the mixture in kulfi moulds or paper cups and cover with aluminium foil and keep in the freezer.
Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
Note-You can add Mango pulp with little sugar or Jamun pulp with little sugar or chopped pistachio and other dry fruits etc. in this kulfi.
