Granola Energy Bars

Ingredients

  1. Rolled Oats-1 cup

  2. Normal oats-1 cup

  3. Honey-2 tablespoons

  4. Jaggery-1 Tablespoon

  5. Cooking oil-1 tablespoon(Odourless)

  6. Roasted peanuts-2 tablespoons

  7. Dry fruits-Cashews, Almonds, Pistachio

  8. Dates-4-5

  9. Raisins-few

  10. Seeds-melon, watermelon, and sunflower seeds

  11. Cinnamon powder-1/2 teaspoon


Method

  1. Roast the oats on slow flame for 5 minutes till they get slightly brown.

  2. Roast all the dry fruits separately and let everything cool to room temperature.

  3. Add oil, jaggery and honey in a bowl and heat slightly for jaggery to mix evenly.

  4. Add roasted oats and dry fruits to this mixture with chopped dates and raisins.

  5. Mix properly and pour in greased try coated with parchment paper.

  6. Spread the mixture with the help of a spatula and let it set.

  7. Cut in the desired shape.
