Home made Paneer (Sets in 5 min., Ready to cut into pieces)

Ingredients
Milk-1 kg
White Vinegar 1Tbsp Or Curd-1/2 cup or Lemon juice-2-3 spoons
Method
Boil the milk.
Add 2 spoons of water in White Vinegar and pour in boiling milk spoon by spoon OR Add curd slowly spoon by spoon OR Add lemon juice diluted with water one spoon at a time.
Stir the milk continuously till the paneer and water separate.
Strain the water from the paneer in a sieve and leave it on a bowl as such.
Do not touch the ball of the paneer in a sieve.
Immediately bind the scattered paneer from the sides to this ball carefully without disturbing the ball of the paneer.
Let it cool as such for 5 minutes.
Soft paneer ball is ready you can cut the desired cubes for your dishes.
