Freeze Spinach leaves to keep them fresh

Ingredients

  1. Spinach bunch/Fresh leaves

Method

  1. Wash your greens like a spinach full bunch once and chop.

  2. Dry for 5-10 minutes under the fan just to wipe of the drops of water on it and pour in zip-lock pouches.

  3. Store these pouches in the freezer.

  4. These will become like flakes and can be used later easily as required.
